Paul C. Francel, M.D., Ph. D.Look Over There Paul
by Nancy AllenSeveral years ago I had an intriguing conversation with my friend Dr. Paul Francel. He was telling me about a surgery he had recently done on a teenager for a serious brain tumor. Thinking that he had removed all the tumor, he was getting ready to start closing the teen's head when a sudden forceful thought came into his mind to "Look over there Paul." He did and lo and behold he discovered more tumor which he promptly and successfully removed. I still remember the excitement in his voice when he related the story to me. We both felt that God was there helping him save the child.
That conversation made quite an impression on me. Prior to that time I believed Dr. Francel was a deeply religious man, in frequent touch with the Almighty, but that story confirmed it to me very strongly. Dr. Francel is definitely the physician I want taking care of me and my loved ones. God bless you Dr. Francel!

Dr. Paul Francel has retired from medical practice. He is working serving the Lord in his church and other activities. He is enjoying spending more time with his family. After working 80 hours a week for so long, it is a welcome change.
